CCI has been installing windows, doors and lanai enclosures here in Hawaii for over 30 years. Our experience covers everything from single-family homes to high-rises and townhouses to churches. Our services are billed at a reasonable rate based on the work being done. Prior customers of CCI and owners of Victorsun windows will be given priority in case of scheduling difficulties. There is a minimum trip charge of $69.95 for on-site visits. Response times can vary based on your location, availability of the parts, previously scheduled appointments, etc. Please call for availability.
Glass breakage can occur for any number of reasons – as a result of a break-in, a golf ball, storm damage, children playing, adults playing, birds or for no reason at all. CCI can replace single or multi-pane glass, obscure, annealed, tempered or laminated. We’ll do our best to match or improve upon the glass being replaced, but some older glass patterns or tints may no longer be manufactured.
Depending upon the availability, replacement can take anywhere from a few hours to several weeks.
Windows periodically need repairs. From worn or corroded wheels to broken springs or locks, to broken operators or hinges or other failing mechanisms. We have multiple catalogs of hard to find parts. We will do our best to repair any window we install or sell and may even be able to help with other windows too.
Maintenance is key to a window’s longevity. We can provide you with advice on how best to maintain your windows, however, much like a car, at some point, it makes more sense to replace rather than repair. Luckily, we also have a wide range of replacement window options and experienced staff to give you advice on what may work best for you.
We have the ability to rescreen most window and door screens. Replacement of torn or damaged screens can be done in our shop or on-site. We are also able to repair or replace a variety of screen frames.
CCI’s standard replacement screen material is black fiberglass. We believe it provides a favorable combination of strength, price, lifespan, visual transparency and good looks. Other types of screen material are also available including pet screen, solar screen, silver aluminum and fine mesh pollen screen.
Our repair technicians can also assist in maintaining your windows, which helps to promote long service life.
